When importing an email address from Outlook, we have an issue wherein the
email address does not come over. We are cleaning up our email system of
"External Email Address" and I've run into a major hassle.

Process: Open up a new email in Outlook, right-click on an address in the
GAL, Select "Add to Address book". The contact will then save into your
email contact list. The problem is that the email address does not come over
with the saved file, if you look in the GAL under your own contacts, hit the
properties of the contact, you will get a "cn=mydomain.com/ou = etc/cn = my
***@mydomain" kind of stuff (if you export the address you can see this
too).

Please help as we are getting to crunch time. Thanks
